Shipping Policy
All purchases are shipped fully insured within 3 - 5 business days. Once shipped, transit time is generally 1-7 days, based on distance. If you need something by a particular date, please leave us a note in the comment section of your Shopping Cart before placing your order. Either way, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped. If your purchase is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately, keeping any shipping materials available for UPS inspection.

Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
While we always try to exceed your expectations and always want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, sometimes we just fall short. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. Someone will contact you to see how we can help.
Generally, all purchases are final. In the event a mutually agreed upon refund is established, there’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
